We ship worldwide using trusted print-on-demand partners. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the production time of your order.

Typical delivery:

  • UK: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to customs, local postal services, or production issues.

 

 

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Because all products are made to order, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for reasons like size, colour, or change of mind.

We’ll happily replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
 To report an issue, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@reluctantculture.com with your order number and photos if possible.

All designs, product names, logos, and written content on this site are the property of Reluctant Culture.
 You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of our content or designs without written permission.

In future, we may collaborate with artists or designers. Their work will remain featured and credited, but all final designs sold through our store are owned by Reluctant Culture.
