Shipping policy

Every order at Reluctant Culture is made just for you. We work with Printify and their global print partners to produce and ship your items as quickly as possible without mass production or waste.

 

 

Production Time

Each item is made to order.

Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days before shipping. During busy periods, this can take a little longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the print facility.

 

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the print partner used.

  • UK: 5 to 10 business days

  • Europe: 7 to 14 business days

  • USA and Canada: 7 to 15 business days

  • Rest of world: 10 to 21 business days

Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Customs delays, holidays, or local courier issues can extend delivery times.

 

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, item type, and fulfillment location.

We do not currently offer free shipping, but we keep rates as fair as possible.

 

 

Multiple Packages

If you order more than one item, they may arrive separately. Printify uses multiple print providers, so parts of your order could ship from different locations.

 

 

Customs and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once the package reaches your country.

These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot predict or control them.

 

 

Tracking

Most orders include tracking details once shipped. If your tracking number is not updating, give it a few days as carriers sometimes take time to refresh their systems.

 

 

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived 30 days after shipping, contact us at support@reluctantculture.com with your order number.

We will investigate with Printify and the carrier to find a resolution.

 

 

Wrong Address

Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
 We cannot guarantee changes once production starts, and we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
